Job Description Liaise between the various disciplines and departments to ensure works are carried out efficiently.Ensure that the project meets the required specifications and standards.Study and understand project specifications, scope of work, and scope of supply.Assist to ensure that resources arrive in accordance with the orders and requests raised.Ensure that the resource allocations for production and project teams are on time to ensure construction works can proceed on time.Monitor and ensure that budgets are updated.Support all HSE and QA/QC efforts and ensure works are in compliance with such efforts.Assist in the preparation of reports to update management on overall outyard activities.Attend Client & Production Meetings together with Project Managers.Track potential variations for the Projects and follow up with Commercial.Monitor progress status of individual disciplines.Submit Project Execution Plans for Tender Submission.Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day correspondence with Clients. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Project Management holding the same designation.Good management and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
