This role is accountable for the safe, timely and quality delivery of the services under the contract. Responsible for managing various aspects of brownfield projects, shutdown activities, and campaign maintenance execution. Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, the site delivery lead oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of the site team whilst monitoring opportunities for improved performance. A critical aspect to this role will be ensuring our site teams are adequately resourced with qualified personnel and Wood supplied equipment while remaining productive whilst achieving daily targets & KPIs LI-Site Responsibilities Scope of Work · Coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures · Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of brownfield projects, shutdown activities and general plant maintenance work · Tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by client is an essential part of this role · Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly · Provide leadership in various areas including personnel, work orders, work plans, meetings, timesheets · Coordinate onsite Safety programmes in coordination with Wood and clients’ policy · Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders · Liaise with various parties to align goals, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project coordination · Communicate effectively with the Contract Delivery Manager – ensure key interfaces and informed of issues and present solutions · Develop and train other supervisors and onboard new Supervisors · Must be able to mobilise at short notice to different sites Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Expected: · Engineer degree or strong industry background with Trade Qualifications · Previous experience working with Heavy Equipment · Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas or similar industry · Minimum 5 years of relevant craft labour experience · Previous experience managing multi discipline work crews and teams with a blend of different cultures and nationalities · Experience dealing with complex logistical, security and cultural issues. · Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously within the Contract · Sound influencing skills · Demonstrated ability to interface with the client to understand requirements Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
