The Client
Our esteemed client is a well-established real estate agency situated in modern offices within the western suburbs. They are highly regarded within the industry and currently have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join their exceptional team.
The Role
* Opening and closing the office, directing and managing a busy switchboard.
* Taking enquiries from clients and tenants.
* Providing general administration support to the property management and sales teams.
* Managing stock control, banking, mail, and couriers.
* Maintaining the key register and window boards.
* Updating rental lists and coordinating home opens.
* Receipting rents, advertising, and sales deposits.
* Collating marketing materials for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc.
The Successful Candidate
* A minimum of experience working within an office environment (real estate industry experience is preferred).
* A confident personality to manage enquiries professionally.
* Corporate presentation as you represent the agency.
* Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail, and high-level initiative.
* A sense of humour and a strong team player mentality.
