The opportunity:
We currently have an inspired opportunity for a Boutique Manager to lead our dynamic team at Elka Collective Bondi Beach.
As part of the Brand Collective suite of businesses, the Melbourne-designed Elka Collective brand has grown steadily, resonating with those seeking timeless yet contemporary garments. We take pride in creating cherished favourites that you'll reach for time and time again, as our garments seamlessly bridge the gap between enduring style and contemporary sophistication.
As a leader in our boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. This role, working full-time Tuesday-Saturday, will have you inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.
To achieve the above, you:
Are a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective
Closely monitor store sales performance – acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement
Oversee store operations including stock room management and immaculate store presentation (visual merchandising)
Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in store through seasonal events
Develop & maintain relationships with VIPs
Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage control
Effectively manage the wage costs in store and roster for success
Recruit, select and train team members who embody the Elka Collective values
Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation).
You bring to the team:
Previous Store Management experience in a Boutique environment with experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members
A passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customers
A high attention to detail, time management and excellent organisation skills
A proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's, efficient stock control and exceptional visual merchandising
Experience effectively managing rosters and wage control
A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
