The Role Our client is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an energetic Building Administrator to support their busy team. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll be responsible for: Assisting approximately 50 clients, ensuring they receive timely and positive outcomes Keeping clients updated with bi-weekly progress reports Providing critical administrative support to Building Supervisors Managing building variations and coordinating the process efficiently Working closely with Building Certifiers, suppliers, and trades to meet certification requirements Liaising with financial institutions and valuation professionals Preparing and organizing final settlement documents The Ideal Candidate Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities At least 2 years of experience in residential building administration Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Hands-on experience with Framework software (essential) About the Client Our client is a well-established leader in the property development space, with a robust history of creating master-planned communities and residential homes for Queensland residents.
