As a WORKFit Coach at IMPACT Community Services, you will play a key role in assisting jobseekers to develop professional resumes and cover letters using JOBScan software. You will provide support with job preparation, interview techniques, and employability skills development to help clients secure sustainable employment. This role involves case managing up to 150 clients, facilitating one-on-one and group training sessions, and guiding individuals through tailored employment readiness programs.
