We're looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our team at Laser Clinics Marrickville on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create wow-worthy transformations by providing results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident.
* Collaborate with a supportive and award-winning team who share your passion for all things skin and beauty.
* Uphold our values by being committed to safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has formal qualifications in beauty therapy (Cert IV or Diploma).
* Has experience in laser hair removal and working within a clinic environment.
* Is able to work 18 hours a week, including every Saturday.
* Has exceptional technical skills, particularly in skin assessments and treatments.
* Is committed to professionalism, punctuality, and maintaining an impeccable appearance.
* Has a genuine passion for the beauty industry and making others feel amazing.
* Can deliver superior customer service and sales targets.
