Job Description:
The Hotel Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our International Chain Hotel in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in high-end luxury markets, particularly in the USA and Europe.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with international high-end luxury tour operators and travel agencies.
* Provide expertise on international PR & Marketing, with a focus on building brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
* Travel within the country or abroad to attend trade shows, travel fairs, and other industry events to identify new business opportunities.
* Recruit and manage a network of contacts within the hospitality industry to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* High-end luxury hotel experience, preferably with International Hotel Groups.
* Strong understanding of revenue/yield management techniques and the online marketing and distribution environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, clients, and colleagues.
