We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Administration Team Member who is eager to contribute to our team’s success. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate, with opportunities for professional growth.
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, administrative support, and assisting with marketing and sales-related tasks. You will also provide support to four agents, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their real estate expertise and gain valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
* Welcoming and assisting clients visiting the office
* Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams
* Preparing marketing materials and assisting with online property listings
* Managing the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
* Assisting with Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
* Uploading property listings to real estate websites
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in an office environment (real estate experience preferred)
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential)
* A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
* A positive and professional demeanor, with a strong sense of initiative
