Key Responsibilities
* Drive effective and efficient operation of the Huntly production system.
* Maintain and update the Huntly operating strategy to align with business objectives.
* Drive day-to-day performance across the operation and ensure cross-department integration for key activities and business initiatives.
* Demonstrate change through developing, coordinating, and implementing management systems and executing initiatives that drive business improvement.
What You Can Bring
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mining, process, or business-related discipline.
* Good understanding of and significant experience working in mining or other heavy industry.
* Ability to drive continuous improvement operational performance through implementation of key initiatives, with good problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated change management experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels.
