Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full timeACT Logistics is a leader in IT Asset Disposition providing high security data sanitisation services as well as installation, decommissioning and the remarketing of ICT equipment.Our clients include Australia's largest Government and corporate organisations.ACT Logistics are one of the largest and most respected leaders in our field with a vision to become the most successful and respected ICT disposal services organisation in Australia.If you are ready to be a part of an exciting company that believes in teamwork, integrity, and excellence, then please review our requirements below and consider bringing your talents across to their business.About the role In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor the Professional Service Team including external Field Technicians and Contractors while focusing on delivering quality and timely customer service to meet the business needs and cost-effectiveness.You will play a pivotal role in managing client projects from beginning to end.Required Skills and Aptitude: Extensive experience in building and managing strong client relationships, handling escalations, and delivering high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.Strong understanding of service management frameworks.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively.Lead, direct, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians and contractors.Extensive experience in managing multisite projects across Australia.Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and developing solutions.Ensure all field work is of high quality and consistent with project scope, policy, and procedure.Identify opportunities for efficiency and service enhancements and drive continuous improvement.Undertake scheduling of work, staff equipment, equipment transport and the like to ensure smooth project delivery.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Service Delivery or Project Management role within an IT environment.Ability to scope client projects and provide detailed quotes for diverse projects including relocations, decommission, deployment, field technician placements, and more across the full range of IT and Asset Management Services to agreed services/projects to meet SLA's.Expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams.Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, customer-centric environment.Integrity-driven, with strong commitment to client success and team development.Ability to travel domestically including outside hours/weekends in line with project requirements, when required.Desired Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management would be advantageous.Previous experience in IT Services industry.What's in it for you?
