A mortgage provider is seeking a Banking Customer Relationship Advisor with banking call centre experience to work in their busy call centre. The role requires individuals with excellent phone manner, and you must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency to be eligible for this role. This position is temporary and will run until June 2025, working a 37.5 hour week. As a Banking Customer Relationship Advisor: You will be answering inbound calls relating to existing home loan customers of the bank, providing outstanding customer service. You will process daily transactional requests based on clients' requirements. The role requires excellent phone manner, and detailed training and development is provided as part of the induction process. The call centre operates Monday to Sunday, and you will work a 37.5 hour week based on a rostered system. Hours of the call centre are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, where you will work a 7.5 hour day and work a Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks. The role is based on the trainline at Rhodes. The role is starting on the 9th of December, 2024.
