The world comes to us, and we embrace the diverse nature of our guests and collaborate seamlessly to ensure every stay guarantees an unforgettable Hotel X experience.YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Ensuring our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewellSupporting any guest needs on arrival and valet parking carsProviding hotel guest services, room service delivery and any concierge requestsEnsuring the lobby, port cochure/driveway and guest areas look their best and are kept clean and tidyResolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfactionSupporting Housekeeping operations by completing tasks in room to help prepare for the next dayAssisting the Night Manager with auditing tasks to close off the day's operations and to maintain the safety and security of guests and the Hotel at night.(requirements)We're seeking individuals who have a passion for the hotel industry and / or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer focused industries. Demonstrated capability of forging strong relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility are key. Familiarity with Opera or other Hotel PMS is a bonus. Knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations is highly valued. If you hold an open or manual driver's license and an RSA, you're jumping straight to the top of the list!This role is Full Time and will require flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days based on business requirements. Shift times are 10:45pm to 6:50am.
