Director of Service Guidance: Leadership Roles in Disability Sector
* Multiple EL1 & EL2 Positions
* 12-Month Contract with the Federal Government
The Service Guidance and Practice Branch is responsible for designing and delivering guidance to implement policy improvements and system enhancements across the Agency.
The branch develops operational guidelines, internal staff guidance, and external materials such as guidelines, knowledge articles, letters, forms, and factsheets to support staff decision-making.
This role requires resolving issues and risks across various activities and providing leadership support to the team, workload planning, and coordination.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading a team and mentoring staff
* Establishing relationships with stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance for service delivery
* Ensuring high-quality guidance material, including accessibility and behavioral economics principles
* Raising awareness of critical issues and progress through regular management reporting
* Providing strategic advice on participant pathways and technical processes within SAP CRM and business systems
