We are on the hunt for trade-qualified Diesel Fitters to join our award-winning general revenue workshop in Townsville. Multiple Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday opportunities are available!
As a Diesel Fitter you will:
1. Have the opportunity to work with advanced technology, including computer-controlled systems and electronic diagnostic tools, making the work challenging and engaging.
2. Work on a range of CAT machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks and track-type tractors, with models such as the CAT 320D, D6T, 950GC and 773G being commonly used.
3. Diagnose, repair, and maintain these machines, ensuring their efficient operation in our business.

About You
A successful teammate will have the following:
14. A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, or a similar field (Cert III Engineering)
15. Demonstrated minimum 2 years post trade mechanical fitting experience
16. Previous experience with CAT machinery and diagnostic systems desirable
17. Well-developed communication and customer service skills
18. Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
19. A continuous improvement commitment and positive attitude
