Your Role: We're looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist that will lead the quality function for our B&D Group site in Kilsyth. You will provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated so the business continually improves its quality performance. You'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues. The role is exciting for people who enjoy co-creating solutions and initiatives with key operations stakeholders. Our site has lots of interesting aspects that will allow this role to have a big impact and develop your career into bigger roles within B&D or DuluxGroup.
