You'll respond swiftly and professionally to incidents, ensuring the safety and security of staff, patients, and visitors. This full-time role requires high levels of attention to detail, initiative, and customer service to ensure efficient service delivery and incident management.As a SIMS Control Room Operator in the Safety and Incident Management Services team, you'll make a positive impact by:Monitoring CCTV footage and escalating incidents as neededManaging daily operations of the Control Room, including coordinating work ordersResponding to customer queries via phone or intercoms and deploying officers as necessaryMonitoring system alarms and providing access control for critical areasSupporting the SIMS Team Leader in gathering evidence for incident reports and KPI disputesSerco is a place for youYou are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments.
