The Role If so, you might be the person we are looking for to be an EL1 Assistant Director Human Resources within the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Regulatory Design (NPSRD) team. As part of a small team, the EL1 Assistant Director Human Resources will lead and provide a wide range of HR and people-related services to support the workforce and the build of the future ANNPSR, which include, but are not limited to: Innovating, leading and contributing to HR build activities for the future ANNPSR, including managing NPSRD change management activities; Providing complex HR support ensuring NPSRD Executive are provided advice, guidance and the tools required to manage their workforce; Developing and implementing strategies and plans including the management of talent, APS recruitment and onboarding activities; Develop and maintain integrated workforce planning and reporting contribution to attraction, retention and remuneration strategies; Developing internal General Practice Instructions and other documentation.
