Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in the overall procurement duties of Acubis, including responding to customer enquiries, quoting small orders, sourcing best prices from reliable suppliers as well as inventory management to ensure exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProcurementExecute duties in respect to customer relations and queries in the sourcing and supply of all goods and services in a professional mannerPrepare quotes, order goods, track deliveries and ensure customer receipt and satisfactionCollaborate with key personnel to ensure clarity of technical specifications and delivery expectationsSource best pricing from reliable suppliers and foster a culture of long-term savings on procurement costsMonitor all aspects of the supply chain and maintain timely communications with management of any obstacles that ariseOther duties as required to assist in the smooth operation of Acubis Technologies in respect to its delivery of goods and services in the marketplaceWarehouse OperationsReceive and dispatch stock for customer ordersMaintain inventory data in ERP (Microsoft BusinessCentral)Maintain a clean and organised warehouse to ensure WHS complianceOperate pallet walker stacker and manually handle stockAdministrationExecute daily office procedures and maintain the efficiency of administration tasksCollaborate with accounts to ensure timely invoicingAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a team environment and demonstrate a strong and professional commitment to safe work practices. Prior experience in warehousing and a high level of computer literacy are highly desirable.RequirementsEssentialAt least 2 years experience in a similar procurement and warehousing role.Working knowledge of Business Central and/or other ERP experienceStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsHigh level computer literacy including MS Office applicationsStrong understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standardsStrong critical thinking and analytical skills with superior attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of conflicting priorities whilst meeting deadlinesAbility to work effectively, collaboratively, and positively within a close team environmentAbility to work autonomously without direct supervisionAbility to physically perform the requirements of the role safelyUnrestricted drivers licenceDesirableCertificate III in Warehousing or similarReports To: General ManagerLocation: Paget, MackayPosition type: Full timeSalary: depending on experience, includes superannuation and other employee benefits such as wellbeing vouchers.BenefitsThe wellbeing of our people is our top priority.
