The Opportunity
In this role, you will efficiently handle student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, delivering timely and accurate information. You will enhance student engagement by sharing relevant resources and directing students to appropriate services. Additionally, you will maintain student records with precision using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
About you:
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and support a diverse student population effectively. You handle sensitive situations with empathy and maintain strict confidentiality. You are reliable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
To be successful you will possess:
* Proven experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in higher education;
* High proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for record management;
* Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes;
* Strong problem-solving skills to manage priorities effectively.
