About the Role
Our client is a highly successful professional and very well-known agency located in the prestigious Eastern Suburbs. They have a strong reputation in the marketplace and are consistently the market leaders in the area.
You will be working as a Sales PA supporting a highly successful Director/Sales Agent who has over 10 years of real estate experience servicing the Inner East. This is the perfect role for someone who has similar experience, is highly organised, and can work under pressure. No two days will be the same in this challenging new position and would be perfect for someone who likes to get out of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Open homes on Saturdays
Buyer call backs
Attending Listing presentations
Organise property ready for market, styling, quotes, floorplans, pest and building
Action urgent emails and redirect enquiries
Respond to all phone messages and overflow
Liaise with vendors
Maintain client database and update details
Arrange vendor and buyer gifts
Auction nights
Prepare and collate appraisal and OFI packs
Arrange and attend pre-settlement inspections
Skills and Experience
Real estate experience is essential!
A current Real Estate License
Valid driver's license and your own car
Strong communication skills
