About the Role: In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of inventory control, working as a vital link between operations, procurement, and distribution. You’ll oversee the development and implementation of best practices in inventory management, utilise data analytics to drive improvements, and foster team productivity while maintaining safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Design and enforce procedures to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring product availability while avoiding overstocking. Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular cycle counts, variance analyses, and generate essential reports on stock movement, turnover rates, and cost analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Process Improvement: Drive Lean initiatives to streamline inventory management, reduce waste, and improve efficiencies.
