Role Objectives
As General Manager, Defence, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, oversight, and management of Holocentric's Department of Defence account. You will provide expert advice to Defence stakeholders in support of their operational excellence and capability development goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage and partner with Defence stakeholders to support their strategic outcomes.
* Provide strategic advice to enhance business performance, optimize processes, and adopt enabling technologies.
* Develop and implement business strategies and plans.
* Lead and oversee the Holocentric Defence team and its operations.
* Lead client proposals, pitches, and responses to client RFXs.
* Develop talent and capability within the Holocentric team.
* Shape the Holocentric Defence team culture and way of working.
Ideal Candidate
* Strategic Expertise: Management consulting, strategic advice, and/or leading complex programs in Federal Government.
* Client Engagement: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and service delivery.
* Strategy Development: Expertise in business strategy, IT strategy development or consulting.
* Business Performance Improvement: Knowledge in business capability and process optimization and relevant technologies.
* People Leadership: Demonstrable skills in inspiring teams, creating accountability, building collaboration, and fostering professional growth.
* Security Clearance: Baseline or NV1 clearance.
