We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef with creative flair to join our culinary team.
As our next Sous Chef reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will:
Manage your own section of the kitchen and assist others to ensure smooth service.
Have a confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.
Control the pass when required and ensure food costs are kept within the budget along with managing labour costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and workplace health and safety legislation and regulations.
