* Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm or 9am to 5pm
About the Role:
WorkPac on behalf of our leading Construction Machinery company are seeking an experienced Service Administration Assistant to join the Gunnedah team.
What you will be doing:
* Processing Service & Subcontract Invoices
* Service Department Administration
* Branch Reception Duties
* Service department filing duties
* Answer branch phone
* Assist with the Coordination of Timesheets
* Continuous Improvement / Participation in QA Audits
What you will need:
* Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, word)
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Energetic and highly motivated
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Current Drivers Licence
