We’re looking for a proactive and driven professional to join a leading real estate team in Cairns. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!
You’ll be:
1. Building strong relationships with owners, tenants & contractors
2. Coordinating property inspections and ensuring maintenance is actioned efficiently
3. Managing enquiries and assisting with leasing processes to keep properties tenanted
4. Overseeing lease agreements, rental applications & compliance requirements
5. Handling day-to-day administration to keep everything running smoothly
6. Problem-solving challenges that pop up—because property management is never boring!
7. Conducting routine inspections and providing detailed reports
8. Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases to benefit clients
9. Liaising with trades and service providers to ensure quality property maintenance
10. Keeping up with industry trends and legislation changes to stay ahead of the game

What You’ll Need:
1. Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (a must!)
2. Ideally 6-12 months’ experience in real estate or property management
3. Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
