We are currently seeking a part-time experienced accounts manager to oversee the finance department for OBrien Real Estate Clark.About the positionManagement of AccountsThis includes management of accounts inbox and incoming invoices, preparation of accounts for processing. Processing, reconciliation and payment of credit card accounts and the handling of queries as necessary. Whilst managing accounts you’d also prepare the quarterly BAS statements and provide a weekly reconciliation of the general accounts.PayrollMaintain internal sales summary records, prepare salesperson monthly commission statement and prepare timesheets for payroll. In this role you would also process the pays for each staff member and on a monthly basis cover off on PAYG/SRO/Superannuation payments. As a function of this role, you will also reconcile staff leave and from time to time prepare information for the accountant as requested.Human ResourcesIn this function, we’re not expecting you to be our HR manager but you will perform several HR administrative tasks. These will include assisting with the development of position descriptions and new staff agreements where required, staff inductions and onboarding assistance, and compliance against HR procedures, policies, and fair work guidelines.A valued part of the HR function is managing our approach to OH&S.
