The Venue
Infinity at Sydney Tower is a new venue in Sydney Tower. Offering a modern fine dining experience with uninterrupted revolving views of the city, Sydney Tower provides the perfect relaxed dining environment for locals and visitors alike.
A unique opportunity for a professional and experienced Pastry Chef has arisen to join the kitchen team. We are looking for an outstanding person who has had experience working in a fast paced kitchen and delivering high quality pastries and desserts.
About You
1. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role in a professional environment
2. Able to work 5 days per week – on a rotating roster
3. Loves desserts and modern pastry
4. Have worked in a high volume à la carte restaurant with similar standards focused on quality food production
5. Be a positive leader with the ability to lead by example
6. Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
7. Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
8. A strong understanding of food and labour cost controls
9. Have a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, Stock taking
