About the Role:
This key role in the Primary Mental Health team at Port Phillip Prison will provide primary mental health nursing services to vulnerable patients.
You will be responsible for patient treatment, management, assessment, and ongoing reviews, including crisis assessments, risk management plans, and developing mental health recovery plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Patient treatment, management, assessment, and ongoing reviews
* Crisis assessments, risk management plans, and engaging patients in their mental health recovery plans
* Referrals to other service needs, discharge planning, and liaison with external stakeholders

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate person who is committed to making a difference in the lives of those who are vulnerable.
You will bring demonstrated psychiatric nursing experience and hold a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health.
**Requirements:**
* Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing that meets AHPRA requirements
* Willingness to obtain G4S security clearance
* Current driver's license
