G&H Civil Contractors is a Gold Coast based Civil Engineering company. Operating since 2010 G&H specializes in Bulk Earthworks, Piling & Retention systems and Demolition. Our team delivers projects to clients in the Commercial, Residential and public projects across QLD, NSW and ACT. Due to our continued growth and new projects, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join the G&H Team in Bundaberg. Responsibilities & Requirements of the role: As a Project Administrator for G&H you will be working on the new Bundaberg Hospital, a new $1.2 Billion project for the Queensland Government. We are looking for someone to start immediately and has at least 2 years’ experience in contract administration, project administration, or a related construction industry role. This role is full time on-site and is based close to Bundaberg Airport. • Work closely with project management and site team to ensure contractual obligations are met and coordinate scheduling and tracking or project milestones, tasks, and deadlines. • Maintaining a vital link with our Company Head Office Accounts Department to implement and assist timely payment of engaged Suppliers and subcontractors. • Review, prepare, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements • Manage contract variations data, extensions of time, and correspondence • Maintain and maintain a central database of contracts and key documentation such as project material, drawings, safety reports, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements), and permits. • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirement and coordinate material and equipment procurement, ensuring timely deliveries. • Sole responsibility for onboarding of new employees, subcontractors and plant into site specific onboarding platforms (Damstra & Checkrite ) ensuring all documentation is complete, valid and up to date. • Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) • Valid driver’s licence • Full working rights for Australia What we offer: • An attractive remuneration package and work environment • Diverse Projects: Work on high profile, complex and exciting civil construction jobs • External training opportunities to further develop your skills and your career • Great Team Culture: Work with an entrepreneurial company that values collaboration and innovation • A company that focuses on safety and work/life balance
