Band 1 ($40.33 per hour)Casual - no set hours allocatedUsual hours between 8-9am and 3-4pm on school daysAbout the Role This role provides adult and child pedestrian traffic assistance in crossing roads safely.
This role is to ensure that Section 702 of the Road Safety (Traffic) Regulations 1988 is enforced.
About You You will need good written skills for reports to the Coordinator Community Safety, excellent eyesight, the ability to discuss and resolve problems, and the ability to relate to school children to gain their respect and cooperation.
The ability to perform duties in all weather conditions is essential.
The successful completion of a Police Check and current Working with Children Check is also required.
A current driver's licence is necessary.
