No two days are the same and you will be the ‘helping hand’ to guide our customers through the claims process as they recover from their injuries.The start date for the role will be in July 2025.Your duties will include:Managing day to day tasks in a portfolio of claims, including regular contact with our customersLiaising with both internal and external stakeholders (including medical professionals)Gathering information to be able to make informed decisionsReviewing medical documentation and making proactive decisions for treatmentContacting customers to deliver decisions throughout the life of the claimMaintaining strong compliance requirements for both internal and external auditsAbout YouProactive mindset and ability to prioritise work with autonomyExceptional problem solving and negotiation skillsStrong customer service focus and great phone mannerExcellent computer skills and ability to learn new systemsResilient, confident and willing to learn in a continuously changing environmentAbility to manage in a fast-paced and high-volume spacePrevious Personal Insurance or Insurance Industry experience is desirable but not essentialAbout SuncorpWe believe in setting you up for success and we want to empower our workforce and elevate your career with us.
