Your Role: As Assistant Store Manager of the Chermside Boutique, you will play a key role in driving the store's success. Your responsibilities will encompass managing day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience, leading and motivating a team of six dedicated jewellery professionals, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and KPI targets.

Additionally, they should be able to create a positive and engaging in-store atmosphere, have a results-driven mind-set, and focus on exceeding sales targets.
