About the Opportunities
UQ Temps offers a variety of temp roles across the University, including general administration, executive assistance, student and academic administration, research administration, and basic website development.
* Managing electronic diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
* Coordinating committee/meeting activities, including scheduling and taking minutes
* Maintaining administration systems and prioritising daily tasks
* Organising travel arrangements as required
* Conducting background research and data analysis
* Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures
* Assisting with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of websites using Drupal
About You
We are seeking individuals with relevant experience in administration, business or executive support. Key skills include:
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
* Sensitivity in handling confidential matters
* Effective stakeholder management
* Strong problem-solving skills and judgment
* Flexibility and adaptability
