Required - Available to participate in a rotating roster, with the Clinic open 7 days Includes morning, afternoon, evening and rotational weekend shifts Approx 3 to 5 shifts / 23 to 38 hrs per week availability Flexibility is essential, as shifts rotate to cover opening hours in the morning, evening and weekends Excellent customer service skills necessary Good availability Attention to detail Previous customer service skills Willingness to learn on the job, with a 'can do' attitude Previous Healthcare industry experience preferred, if possible. Suits hospitality Reception/Administration background Casual rotational roster - Monday to Sunday with flexibility required - Must be available during clinic opening hours of Mon and Fri 7.30am - 6pm Tues, Wed and Thurs 7.30am - 9.30pm Sat 8am - 6.30pm Sun 8am - 2.30pm Duties include, but not limited to: Answering incoming calls, busy switchboard and professional emails Appointment bookings and managing multiple diaries on a software system Meeting and friendly greeting of patients General cleaning and rostered upkeep of practice areas including bathrooms, following strict infection control requirements, stock take and daily restocking of supplies Willingness to learn, be directed and follow procedures Screening of entering patients, in compliance with current guidelines Dealing with patient enquiries, delays and rescheduling, over the phone and in person, including challenging situations Filing, scanning, copying Providing support / assistance to our healthcare professionals The successful applicant must have: Exceptional customer service skills, with a polite manner, and empathic nature Enjoy a fast paced environment Ability to remain calm under pressure, with a positive and enthusiastic approach Demonstrate outstanding organisational / time management skills, with the ability to multi-task A commitment to on-the-job training and ongoing learning and development Take pride in their written and verbal communication skills, paying attention to detail Willing to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a Team Intermediate computer knowledge/skills The ability to show empathy towards others and a general desire to assist patients, co-workers and professionals Current driver licence required for errands (automatic work car) Australian citizenship or permanent residency essential (Working holiday visa employment unavailable) Please send CV, cover letter and references by email ONLY SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED Start: As soon as possible
