Supplier & Vendor Quality AssuranceConduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).Review supplier documentation (Material Test Certificates, Mill Certificates).Perform source inspections at vendor facilities.5.

Audits & Continuous ImprovementConduct internal/external quality audits (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).Implement Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles for process improvement.Required Qualifications & SkillsCertifications: CSWIP (Certified Welding Inspector) / PCN Level 2 (NDT) (for welding/NDT roles); ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (for QA roles).Degree/HND: in Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship.Experience: Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines); familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, report writing, and communication.
