Are you a driven and motivated supervisor looking to lead a team of high performing technicians whilst building relationships with key clients, and bringing new clients to the business? What will you be doing? Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams. Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors Manage and oversee the budgets and P&L Operate across both wet and dry fire service staff Prepare monthly departmental strategy and financial reports reflecting short, medium and long term goals Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region. What do we need? Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service department Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees Construction and minor works service experience, including estimating and project delivery High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage Expertise in using an Enterprise system What will we give you?
