Role Overview As the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management to help scale our business. You will work closely with the board, investors, and executive team to accelerate growth, enhance market positioning, and ensure our AI recruitment platform reaches its full potential. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to drive revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer adoption. Oversee product development, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with company goals. Engage with investors, board members, and key stakeholders to secure funding, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Optimise financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable scaling. Strong understanding of AI-driven SaaS products and recruitment automation technologies. Demonstrated success in scaling start-ups, securing funding, and driving business growth. Experience leading high-growth teams, managing P&L, and executing strategic plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with investors and board members.
