To lead and manage a high-level consultancy and advisory service, together with the provision of strategic and specialist advice to senior officers, managers and principals throughout the Agency on a range of workplace issues, including conduct, behaviour and formal grievance processes.
Represent the Agency in negotiations with Unions and in various tribunals.
