Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Procurement you will actively contribute to a high-performing team, facilitating and coordinating a range of critical tasks and projects in support of the Finance, Technology & Operations area.
Working productively and efficiently, collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure across and championing our One Minderoo Culture. Focusing where applicable on partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries to execute a content strategy aligned with Minderoo's strategic goals.
As the Coordinator, Procurement you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day procurement function for Minderoo
Qualifications
About You
The ideal candidate will
* Perform due diligence reviews at partner and supplier onboarding stages perspectives of modern slavery and climate change.
* Review purchase orders from a Financial Control perspective
* Maintain key internal procurement documents including but not limited to procurement guidelines, new supplier and partner onboarding documentation and purchase order terms and conditions.
* Monitor Minderoo's document storage for general supplier contracts including any variations/ renewals.
* Maintain preferred supplier and partner lists
* Regular collaboration with key internal teams including Partnerships, IT, People and Culture, Strategy and Operations teams
* Develop and maintain current procurement training materials and facilitate training to Minderoo staff
* Provide data analytics and dashboards to stakeholders across the following areas: supplier, partner, domestic, international, indigenous, gender
* Support Procurement Manager in monitoring supplier's performance including, but not limited to, 360 feedback, supplier scorecards and KPl's.
* Support Procurement Manager during contract negotiation and agreement of terms
