The Java SE Enterprise JAPAC business is responsible for developing net new business which is almost untapped market of Oracle Java. Our focus is to sell Java SE subscription to the CIO of Enterprises (End Users & ISVs), the Leader of IT-Infrastructure, IT-Security, and also to ensure our customers' use of Java is secured and productive. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Account Manager (Java Enterprise Solutions) - ANZ region Location : Australia Java SE Enterprise Business: The Java SE Enterprise JAPAC business is responsible for developing net new business which is almost untapped market of Oracle Java. Our focus is to sell Java SE subscription to the CIO of Enterprises (End Users & ISVs), the Leader of IT-Infrastructure, IT-Security, and also to ensure our customers' use of Java is secured and productive. Key Responsibilities - Selling Java SE subscription and Java SE Embedded for enterprise use to unnamed accounts including enterprises, government, banking & financial institutions, and ISV companies. - Managing the whole sales cycle from business development and prospecting to Java value presentation until final deal closure - Accurate forecasting of stages and sizing of deals - Selling to key contacts within the customer organization from technical contacts up to the economic decision makers - Leveraging all other stakeholders within Oracle who can influence the buying decision. - Developing solutions for customer problems within Oracle's processes and policies and getting approval for these. - This role manages enterprise customers across the Australia and New Zealand region. Required skills and Experiences: - 5-10 years selling software license to enterprises utilizing Strategic Selling or other similar selling methodology - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to penetrate the account and build relationships with and sell to C levels. - Excellent understanding and strong in open-source (OSS) software selling, security policy/requirements, software license management of enterprise and government agency customers is a must. - Experience in software license compliance selling is a must. - Strong sales and interpersonal skills and working with a large cross-functional team internally and externally. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quota is required. - Hunter spirit, highly motivated self-starter and problem-solver - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must - Bachelor's degree or equivalent About Us As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
