This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Department of Education as a Maintenance Plan Advisor. Key Highlights:
We are seeking four (4) experienced professionals to work on initial 17-month contracts, with a possibility of extension.
About the Role:
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality advice and consultancy services to schools, senior management, and staff on facilities planning, investment, and portfolio operations.
They will interact with other resource management specialists, provide client-focused facilities services, and offer high-level advice on facilities planning and asset management issues.
The role involves coordinating with regional facilities teams, Infrastructure Services Division, and external service providers to deliver a comprehensive field-based facility support service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide quality advice and consultancy services to schools, senior management, and staff
* Interact with other resource management specialists
* Provide client-focused facilities services and advice
* Offer high-level advice on facilities planning and asset management issues
* C coordinate with regional facilities teams and external service providers
* Pparticipate in professional development of regional staff
