The Role Based at our Tamworth location we are seeking individuals aspiring to be or already are HR Licensed drivers, to join our team to serve our customer base. As a HR Driver you will be responsible for: Rear Lift collection vehicle servicing the Container Deposit Scheme. Performing loading and unloading duties of waste Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out Comfortable with a high level of manual handling Potential growth for right candidate What is in it for you? As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female identifying or non-binary persons in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking an individual to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a HR licenced truck driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.
