The role: Control and distribute version-controlled documents to ensure only the latest versions are used. Manage incoming and outgoing project contract correspondence as per the project filing system. Assist with the red line markup process for amended documents, especially project drawings. Act as the key contact for the document control system, providing induction, assistance, and training. Inform the Project Quality Manager/Project Manager of any significant events or issues impacting project delivery, especially related to document management and handover. About you: Prior experience in a document control role, preferably in construction or engineering-related industries. Demonstrable knowledge of the principles for management of version-controlled documents. Prior use of a document management system. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy – (Microsoft Suite).
