Your responsibilities will include: We are currently seeking an Avionics Leading Hand to perform maintenance on MH-60R Fleet and supervisor a team AME's and apprentices.
As an integral part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading your team to ensure efficient management of aircraft maintenance on military helicopters.
You will be responsible for: Leading, mentoring and coaching your team to ensure tasks are performed safely, to quality standards and within nominated timeframes Perform AME and Independent / Error Capture Inspector maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory and customer standards Allocate assigned labour recourses to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely, to quality standards and on time Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to overcome difficulties Actively contribute to the completion of maintenance activities About you: If you have the passion for helicopters and people, enjoy contributing to a hard-working team, then we'd love to hear from you.
Essential: Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) Significant experience and technical knowledge of Rotary Wing military aircraft Experience in successfully leading and managing a team to achieve organizational outcomes Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance Special Requirements: Applicants are required to be able to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance.
