Key Responsibilities
* Oversee major supply chain projects, including logistics transformations and system implementations (e.g., nShift, Centiro)
* Lead vendor management and tender processes, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal performance from 3PL partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations and drive productivity improvements
* Implement robust inventory management strategies to minimise shrinkage and enhance DIFOT performance
* Report on KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic goals
