Pindari are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Officer with excellent attention to detail to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract in our Dunsborough Head Office.
Working within our Mobilisation Team and reporting to the Senior Mobilisation Officer, this is a dynamic and fast-paced position which is responsible for processing a high volume of site mobilisations as well as the ongoing travel and accommodation bookings for our site-based personnel.
Experience required:
* Proven experience within a Site Administration, Mobilisation Officer or Onboarding administrative position.
* Scheduling experience in a busy, high volume rostering environment in a relevant or comparable industry.
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
* RTIO Systems knowledge.

* Strong communication and organisation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
* Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
* Able to be resilient and take on the fast-paced and high intensity environment of the role.
