Help us bring the next generation of life-changing medical technology to patients worldwide.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:The Field Service Engineer is the primary technical representative for Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions Affera system and then other cardiovascular products as required. The FSR is also responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, maintenance, and de-installation of all Affera systems or other CAS/CS products at customer sites. The FSR works closely with the Field Service and Technical Service teams to help coordinate feedback with the Marketing, Quality, Production and Engineering groups to continually evaluate the performance of products in the field. This position may also require providing technical assistance to physicians or technologists during a clinical procedure.Required Knowledge and Experience:Engineering disciplineAbility to apply engineering principles such as electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, and biomedical to troubleshooting without complete technical documentation.Experience with mapping systems.Ability to troubleshoot problems and technically diagnose medical equipment.
