The General Manager, Reportable Conduct at MACS oversees compliance with child safety and reportable conduct regulations, supporting the 2030 Strategic Plan. The role involves managing complex cases related to reportable conduct, leading teams, and collaborating across MACS to ensure a child-safe culture. Key responsibilities include policy development, risk management, and stakeholder engagement with both internal and external bodies. Clinical supervision is provided to handle challenging content related to child protection. Candidates need strong leadership skills, knowledge of legislative requirements, and a commitment to child-centered practices.This role would suit a candidate with strong experience in child safety compliance, especially within education or similar sectors. They should possess proven leadership in managing sensitive cases, a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
