We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Office Administrator to join the Heidelberg Materials office based at Skygate (DFO Brisbane).This role is the main point of contact and liaison with management, secretaries, employees, and suppliers.We are seeking a team member to be in the office for 2 days, ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays.In your new role, you will:Monthly credit card reconciliation and manage the invoicing and payments for costs by creating purchase orders.Organise repairs and maintenance for the global office.Keep the global office tidy and stocked with supplies.Manage an active calendar and plan and schedule appointments and meetings for 1 Director.Manage meeting schedules, including the creation and distribution of presentations.Book and coordinate international travel.Provide general support to the Director.This role is a great fit for you, if you have:Experience working within a busy corporate office environment.Experience as an Office Assistant or PA/similar role utilizing the above skills and attributes.A well-developed ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders effectively.A demonstrated sense of urgency in "getting things done."Outcome-focused with a strong achievement attitude.What we offer:You will be a valued member of a high-performance team with a common goal.You will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package.You'll be part of a growing global organization.You'll be provided ongoing career and development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
